Industrial and Commercial Water Main Pipe Lining
Once a water main is put into service, the chlorine and oxygen will cause the pipes to corrode within. When corrosion happens, water becomes discolored, and begins to both smell and taste bad. The water will also contain harmful heavy metals that have leached from the pipe into the water. Additionally, when the corrosion deposits build up, the water flow is reduced and will ultimately result in pinhole leaks or a pipe burst.
To rehabilitate the water main, we’ll use CIPP lining, which essentially creates a new pipe inside the current one. CIPP lining can be done in a fraction of the time the old dig and replace method can be done, with much less disruption and at a fraction of the cost.
